And from €2,500 | £2,500 | CHF 2,500 (after returns), you’ll become a COLLECTIVE VIP.

Is membership free?
Yes, joining the WRSTBHVR COLLECTIVE is completely free. Simply register and start enjoying exclusive benefits right away.
How can I join the benefits programme and register?
To become a WRSTBHVR COLLECTIVE member, you’ll just need a customer account and to give us your consent to contact you via email about current offers and benefits.
That means: create your account, subscribe to our newsletter – and you’re in.

How do I qualify for each level?

What happens if I return or cancel an order?
Returned or cancelled orders will not be credited to your COLLECTIVE account.
Where can I see my current level and benefits?
Once logged in, you’ll find your current level and all associated benefits in your customer account. You can also see how much more you need to spend to reach the next level.
Not all orders I have placed in the past are displayed in my customer account. Why is this and will they still be recognised for the calculation of my level?
All orders from the last 12 months are taken into account when calculating your COLLECTIVE level. You may also have placed orders with us as a guest without being logged into your customer account. We will add these orders to your level if we can match your email address. To view orders placed as a guest, you must first verify your email address in your customer account. Once this has been done, a blue tick will appear next to your customer name. If verification is still pending, the tick will be grey and you will see a corresponding message.
Are purchases made in WRSTBHVR stores also taken into account for COLLECTIVE?
Unfortunately, purchases from stores cannot be transferred at this time. However, we are working on expanding the COLLECTIVE programme to our stores in the future.
Can I redeem discount codes that I have received digitally in WRSTBHVR stores?
The discount codes are currently only valid for purchases in our online shop.
How do I receive my benefits?
After registering, you’ll receive your exclusive 10% shopping voucher via email.
When Private Sales, Early Access drops or Capsules take place, we’ll send you an exclusive email invitation. The same applies to special events and private shopping sessions – so make sure to check your inbox regularly to stay up to date!
How and when do I receive my welcome gift?
After registering, you will receive your exclusive 10% welcome voucher by email. The VIP welcome gift is available from COLLECTIVE VIP level onwards – let us surprise you!
Is it possible to exchange the size of the VIP welcome gift?
We generally base our selection on the sizes of your previous orders. In individual cases, we can consider exchanging the gift for a different size. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
How can I reach the next status level?
The more you shop, the higher your level and the more benefits you’ll unlock.
Your online spend within the last 365 days is what counts – returns are deducted.
Once you reach €250 | £250 | CHF 250, you’ll move up to COLLECTIVE Premium; from €2,500 | £2,500 | CHF 2,500, you’ll become a COLLECTIVE VIP member.
Can I lose my status again?
You will retain your status for one year, but you can of course continue to progress as soon as your purchase volume reaches the next level. If, within 365 days of reaching the corresponding level, your purchase volume is no longer sufficient to maintain your level, we will notify you in good time by email. This will give you the opportunity to maintain your level for an additional year by making further purchases.
How do Private Sales work?
Whenever a Private Sale takes place, you’ll receive an email notification and gain access to exclusive prices or discounts on selected products and/or entire drops.
How does Early Access work?
For Early Access events, you’ll receive an email notification and can shop selected drops and capsules before anyone else, once logged into your account.
What exactly are the exclusive events?
Let us surprise you! When promotions such as private sales, early access to drops and capsules take place, you will receive an exclusive invitation from us by email. The same applies to events and private shopping sessions. So check your inbox regularly to make sure you don't miss out on any COLLECTIVE promotions!
How does free shipping for COLLECTIVE VIPs work?
As a VIP member, you’ll automatically receive free shipping when logged in – it’s applied directly in your basket.
Can I unsubscribe from WRSTBVHVR COLLECTIVE?
Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time. You will find a corresponding unsubscribe link at the end of each of our newsletters.
