Would you like to return an item? No problem.
You can return all items that you have ordered in our online shop to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the products ordered are in their original condition and that the associated label has not been removed.
Germany
If you want to return your order from Germany, you will find both the return slip and the return label in your package.

Other Countries
To return an item from other countries, simply click on the appropriate country link. By clicking on one of the following links, we will redirect you to the online return form, where you can enter your data and receive a return label to print.
