Marks or irregularities in natural hides can appear even in the most excellent and finest skins; these are naturally occurring features and should not be taken as imperfections. To maintain the value, as well as to preserve the beauty of your bag, please respect the following recommendations:
- Impregnate your new leather handbag before using it for the first time
- Refresh the impregnation regularly
- Avoid contact with water, grease, perfumes and make-up products
- Avoid using commercial products meant for other uses, such as shoe polish, turpentine, oil stain removers, alcohol, or solvents
- Do not wipe the leather; but dab it with a soft cloth
- If your bag becomes soiled, consult a specialist cleaner
- When not in use, stuff your bag with tissue paper to preserve its shape. Store it upright inside the dust bag that comes with the bag
