Store Manager (m/w/d)

As a young, upcoming brand, we are looking for fashion enthusiasts for our store in the Designer Outlet Roermond who are ready to take the next big steps with us.
YOUR TASKS
- Management and organization of the retail sales area in Roermond
- Implementation and compliance with the specified guidelines for retail
- Implementation and compliance with the specified visual merchandising guidelines
- Regular analysis of turnover, control of operating results, and use of retail KPIs in order to achieve budget targets
- Management of all operative processes in the warehouse and regular stocktaking
- Responsibility for the smooth procurement of goods and optimal availability of the product range
- You always act as a role model for your team and are the interface with management
- You conduct regular training to promote the development of your team members
- You draft day schedules, staff schedules and holiday schedules
- You ensure optimal and professional customer service throughout
YOUR PROFIL
- You have several years experience in the retail sector, ideally in a management position
- You are ambitious and always interested in growing with the business and the team
- You speak fluent English and have sound knowledge of common software such as Microsoft Office
- You have a motivating and positive charisma and a professional and self-confident presence
- You are a good communicator and stay calm, even in stressful situations
- You are empathetic in your interaction with customers and employees and enjoy teamwork and
- coaching your team
- You like to take on responsibility, are always ready to step in, and are solution-oriented in every
