1. Shopping Card
Select the products you want to order by clicking the “Add to Shopping Cart“ button. This will add your selection to the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time by changing the quantity of products, by clicking the "Remove"-button or by canceling the order process . Click on the button "Checkout" to go to the next order step.
If you already have a customer account, please login with your email address and password, otherwise register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used (privacy notice) in compliance with data privacy regulations. No other use or transfer to third parties take place. If you are already registered, you can now select the shipping method. By clicking the "Next" button you will be taken to the next step.
3. Check Billing Adress / Select Payment Method
Check your billing address and enter your preferred payment method. By clicking the "Next" button you will be taken to the next step.
4. Check Delivery Adress / Select Shipping Method
Check your shipping address and choose a shipping method. By clicking the "Next" button you will be taken to the next step.
5. Complete the order process / Terms and Privacy
You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Check if all information is correct and read the general terms and conditions and the right of revocation. You can only complete the order if you agree to the terms and conditions of the revocation (check mark). By clicking the button "Buy now" you transfer your order to us. Hereby you give a legally binding offer.
6. Return / Right of Withdrawal
Within the EU we will send you a DHL return shipping label if your order value is over 40€. The products must be return to us within 14 days without giving a reason.
ATTENTION! Extended return policy: 30 days return policy applies to all orders placed between 11/24/21 & 12/31/21.
If you are a registered customer you can print your DHL return shipping label via "My Account" > "Orders" > "My returns".
Please attach our return note inside your parcel. This can also be printed via "My returns".
If you're not a registered customer and your order value is over 40€ you can get in touch with our customer service for your return shipping label. If your order value is under 40€ you must attach a Revocation Form inside your parcel. We do not bear the costs for return parcels from the US or under 40€ and in general do not return the costs for sending the package to your address in the first place.
